Attending Lessons typically means that an athlete is serious about Long Snapping and often views it as their gateway into college football and beyond. They usually have more time to commit to practicing on a frequent basis. Athletes utilize lessons for more frequent coaching and value receiving instruction consistently throughout their playing career. Lessons consist of Groups, Small Groups, and Solos.

ABOUT NOLAN’S LESSONS
With 20 years of Long Snapping experience and having done over 1.3M long snapping motions, Coach Nolan trains his athletes with proven forms and techniques that are driven by biomechanics. Long snappers trained by Nolan are guaranteed to receive some of the most comprehensive training offered in the industry. While training with Nolan it is expected to be taught/receive adjustments in the following for Long & Short Snapping: Techniques/forms, fundamental drills, stance, posture, balance, spirals, consistency, explosive training, post-snap training, and game situational training.
➖75-90 Min. SMALL GROUPS: up to (6) Athletes, In-Person
➖60 Min. MINI GROUPS: up to (4) Athletes, In-Person or Virtually through Zoom
➖30 Min. SOLOS*: (1) Athlete only, In-Person or Virtually through Zoom.
*Athletes can book back-to-back Solos to have 1 Hour Solos *
➖60 Min. STRENGTH & SPEED GROUPS: up to (8) Athletes, Athletes get (1) Strength & Speed session at no cost for every Long Snapping lesson they attend that week

ABOUT ETHAN’S LESSONS
Ethan Tabel has trained under Nolan’s Long Snapping for 8 Years. The first time he ever long snapped a football was with Nolan. Ethan is a student of the art that has a fun energetic personality accompanied by a relentless goal seeker mentality. He is the perfect fit to ensure that Nolan’s Long Snapping young athletes will make consistent progress while enjoying the process. Finally, Ethan Tabel has Nolan’s 100% endorsement in training beginners the fundamentals that is needed to move onto lessons with Coach Nolan. While training with Ethan it is expected to learn the following for Long & Short Snapping: Stance, basic fundamental drills, techniques/forms, and spirals.
