WHY TRAIN STRENGTH & AGILITY?

It is vital to understand the importance of Strength & Agility Training in order to have a desire to put oneself through this type of physical exertion.

There are MANY Long Snappers out there looking to play college football. What separates you from the others? To say that you can snap well is NOT enough. Snappers are now expected to be good athletes, not great, but GOOD. Long Snappers are not expected to be like a Division 1 Collegiate Linebacker, however, they are expected to be similar. They have to encompass similarities to that of linebackers, fullbacks, and tight ends. It is acceptable for a Long Snapper to always be that 1/2 step behind linebackers in running and lifting, but to be that 1-2 steps behind...that is where Long Snappers lose out on potential opportunities.
